The world is global. Opportunities should be too.
GTMUN was built around a simple question: why should access to global skills depend on where you live, what school you attend, or what you can afford?
Model United Nations can teach far more than committee procedure. It builds communication, diplomacy, research, negotiation, leadership and the confidence to engage with people who see the world differently.
But access to these experiences is not equal. GTMUN exists to change that.
We create free and accessible opportunities for students to learn, practise and connect. From structured training and workshops to international conferences and student-led initiatives, we bring together young people from different countries and backgrounds to develop skills that matter far beyond an MUN room.
We believe students deserve more than a certificate. They deserve real interaction, meaningful training, opportunities to lead, and a global community they can learn from.
And accessibility means more than keeping something free. It means making sure students know where to start, have the support to participate, and are given the confidence to take the next step.
How GTMUN started
GTMUN began with a simple observation: talented students can miss incredible opportunities simply because they don't have access to the right networks, guidance or resources.
We wanted to build something different.
Something free. International. Practical. Student-led.
What started as an idea grew into our first edition, bringing together 100+ delegates from 15+ countries through training, workshops and a five-day MUN.
Today, GTMUN is growing beyond conferences. Through our Schools Initiative, partnerships, training programmes and student community, we are working to make global skills and opportunities more accessible to students wherever they are.
What we believe
Access creates possibility.
Training creates confidence.
Interaction creates perspective.
Opportunity creates potential.
GTMUN brings all four together.
Because the next global voice could come from anywhere.
Learning first. Then a platform to participate.
GTMUN runs three connected programmes, designed around accessibility and real student growth.
